I am teaming up with my fellow investor community to finance, invest, rehab, & manage/sell new deals . The opportunities will vary but we are currently working on: Single family, multifamily, RV parks, & more.

Up to this point I have & flipped 5 deals across Florida from different sources ranging from auction properties, tax deeds, & direct to owner. We currently have a team working on loans, deals, and renovation projects to make sure we are reaching the target returns we target.

  • Private investments can be secured in various ways, with the most common methods being:

    1. A personal guarantee, which is supported by the borrower's assets (such as the property where the funds will be invested.)

    2. A mortgage, which links the loan to the physical property.

      The specific documents required can differ based on the details of the deal, the loan amount, the structure, and the preferences of the investors.

  • Returns will differ from project to project & the attributes they share. We aim for deals that strive to make between 8-12% annually.

  • This will vary depending on the deal, however the investor will be presented, prior to investing, with the project, timeline, & whether returns are short term or long term.

  • We currently allow a minimum of $5,000. However depending on the deal, this may vary.

  • This will depend on the investor (you) how integrated you would like to be with the project. We offer residential & commercial investments.
